Dietmar Gombotz is co-founder of UGP materials, a spin-off of TU Wien in the area of high-performance-polymers. He further is one of three Entrepreneur-In-Residence at the TU Wien I2nkubator Programm. He founded SPHARES GmbH and a small software company called S3. He has been head of the organization JungeWirtschaft Wien (representing young entrepreneurs) and has strong ties into the start-up community by co-organizing a diverse set of events and mentoring start-ups. Dietmar was part of the first batch of the I2C Diploma Supplement course on innovation. His background includes a diploma in business informatics, a bachelor in computer science and a bachelor in informatics & economics. His focus in his mentoring is market-validation and go-to-market strategy.
Thomas Peruzzi acts as an advisor and board member to different tech companies all over the world and he invests in companies like shareIQ, adespresso, waytation and more. Tom often takes over CxO duties for digital native companies, supports large corporates in becoming digital and acts as an external lecturer on tech Universities and he has run his own company -aicooma- for roughtly 10 years.

Walter loves to work hands on on strategy, financing, brand building and marketing challenges. Walter was co-founder of phion in 2001, which had it's IPO in the year 2007.phion was then sold to Barracuda Networks in 2009.After his time working with phion Walter joined the Bank für Tirol and Vorarlberg where he started with sales and then became the group Marketing Manager.In 2014 Walter decided to be independent again and joined Hermann Hauser. In the last 4 years he worked with the IECT Hermann Hauser on the Austrian startup eco system and he was a member of Hermann's investment team.At the beginning of this year Walter started his company builder MAD Ventures. Together with five more serial entrepreneurs he will support young teams with scalable technologies to build sustainable business.
